Badili Initiatives Global (BIG) is proud to relaunch its flagship Skills Training Program. Designed for the modern digital economy, this intensive three-month course is dedicated to equipping 50 young scholars with the tools they need to excel.
Our curriculum bridges the gap between traditional communication and cutting-edge technology. We don’t just teach theory; we build confidence. By integrating Storytelling, Social Media Management, Content Creation, and AI Integration, we ensure participants leave with a portfolio of work and the employability skills required to thrive.
Duration: 3 Months (April – June 2026)
Cohort Size: 50 Scholars
Format: Weekly sessions culminating in a high-impact Intensive Boot Camp.
Masterful Storytelling
Learn to craft compelling narratives that resonate. This module focuses on confident self-introduction, public speaking, and the art of pitching ideas and projects to funders and networkers. You will learn to frame challenges as opportunities and solutions.
Social Media Management
Go beyond posting. Understand strategy, audience engagement, content calendars, and analytics to build a strong digital presence for personal brands or organizations.
Creative Content Production
Develop skills in writing, graphic design, and multimedia production to create professional-grade content that stands out in a crowded digital space.
AI Integration
Stay ahead of the curve. Learn how to leverage Artificial Intelligence tools to streamline workflows, enhance creativity, and optimize social media and content strategies for maximum efficiency.

We believe in the value of high-quality, practical training. To ensure commitment and resource availability, a nominal participation fee is required.
Fee per Scholar: $100 (approx. 370,000 UGX)
